Senior Management

Tim A. Shane, P.A.
Tim A. Shane is an attorney practicing in South Florida since 1983. He is the principal attorney in Tim A. Shane PA, a law firm that specializes in estate planning, tax, and corporate transactions.
Mr. Shane serves as a Director of MSD Holdings LLC Consulting Services, and has been the corporation’s legal adviser since its inception.
Miguel Silva Dias, President
Mr. Dias earned a Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration concentration in Health Management, University of Colorado. Additional education includes: A Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Southern Massachusetts University; An Associate of Science Degree, Cape Cod Community College; Associate of Arts, Bristol Community College; and continuing education in Chemistry and Physics, Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Dias present continuation of studies it is to acquire a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and followed by a Master in International Business.
Miguel Silva Dias’s involvement as Director of Field training and Education for DiBi International included many different areas in the health and beauty industry. Mr. Dias participated in live national television broadcasts, several Florida association conferences and symposiums, as well as demonstration projects throughout the United States and abroad.
Mr. Dias has developed plans, strategies and systems for analyzing real and potential problems and providing solutions for businesses and organizations involved in the beauty and fitness industry. Mr. Dias work for clients in this regard has achieved excellent operational improvements, and significant increases sales and in profitability.
Sandro Licursi, Project Manager Director and Field Manager
Sandro Licursi is a Florida Licensed Construction Project Manager with many years of experience in the field of supervising and managing a wide variety of construction projects from their inception thru completion. His experience comes from his wide vast portfolio of projects that he has been involved with and his detailed knowledge of the constructions industry, its coding and legality terminology. His expertise teaches others in the field specific work skills, coaching individuals in making necessary changes, and assisting with logistical support for any circumstance.
